We are looking to fill a newly created position for a clerical assistant in our Shanghai office. - You will be the assistant of the director for China in general administrative tasks relating to the group companies such as drafting of basic company secretarial documentation, assistance in corporate governance matters, updating of registers and logging of documents;
- Assist in the researching and identifying of information for use as part of the product development activities (training will be provided on this);
- Assist in translating and modifying relevant materials;
- Monitor and report on Chinese specific information relating to the industry, Chinese regulations and research information relating to other Asian countries (training will be provided on this);
- Be responsible for general management of the Shanghai office.

- Have a strong learning ability, communication, coordination and time management skills as well as being able to work under their own initiative;

Know Your Customer is seeking a business development manager who is a highly motivated and able to play a key role in the driving of revenue in the German market through the promotion of the business and marketing of products to new and existing clients. The position will report directly to the Sales Manager and will work as part of a global sales team.
