    Know Your Customer is a rapidly growing AML and KYC solution with team members and clients spanning the globe. We are looking for a friendly and talented new Customer Success Specialist to join our tightly knit success team.

    At Know Your Customer, we provide next-generation digital onboarding solutions to financial institutions across the world. We have offices in Hong Kong, Dublin, Singapore, and Shanghai.     What you’ll be doing:
    – Foster and grow great relationships with our clients.
    – Manage and provide solution trials, and tailor outreach to existing, new and potential customers to ensure our clients are getting the maximum benefit from our services.
    – Support our clients using e-mail, live chat, and occasionally phone. Keep on top of their issues and keep them informed every step of the way.
    – Become a product expert. Help with the set-up and implementation of each client’s unique environment. Train clients on how to use the product. Create training materials tailored to their own experience. Be your client’s go-to person!
    – Collaborate with our development, operations, marketing and sales teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, recommend new and exciting features, and be the voice of our customer by responding to their feedback with unique and creative solutions.
    – Monitor and analyse trends within your accounts and constantly execute on about new ways to “WOW” your clients and colleagues; be creative and bold!
    – Conduct online and in-person presentations on products and services of Know Your Customer.
    – Identify potential sales opportunities and research the wants and needs of clients in your market.
    – Based on client needs, travel to client locations might be necessary.
    – Train new hires, and assist with internal communications.
    – Share market-trends with the global marketing team and identify opportunities to reach existing or new audiences.
    – Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and relevant customer data.
    – Inform customers about new releases, features and functionality.
    – Gather customer feedback and share with the Development, Sales and Marketing teams.
    – Spot marketing opportunities within the territory and flag with the marketing team.
    – Understand customer markets and spot trends, and share accordingly.
    – Provide translations to the marketing department where needed.

    What you bring to the table:
    – 2+ years experience in Client Support/Success/Relationship.
    – Fluency in English. Fluency in another European language an advantage.
    – The ability to write and speak eloquently via email, telephone, in person, chat, and be truly enthusiastic about helping your clients reach their goals.
    – An interest in technology or compliance. The ability to learn, and adapt, quickly is necessary.
    – Be market passionate and social media savvy.
    – An ability to relate to clients, truly understand their needs, and create engaging training programs and materials for new product and features.
    – Related experience is a plus (can include: AML/KYC, Banking, Sales, Technology, SaaS solutions, Compliance).
    – The ability to work with little supervision, and be a true self-starter, often under pressure.
    – A great personality, a good sense of humour, and the desire to become an integral part of a very close-knit team.

We are looking for someone to lead and manage multiple projects through their entire lifecycle, executing within the framework of approved Statements of Work (SOW) and PMO project delivery methodology to predictable outcomes.

    The Senior Technical Project Manager should Lead the Professional Services teams in design, planning, management, implementation, and delivery of technology solutions on time, within budget and matched to customer specifications. Primary activities include project management, internal and external communications, financial management, and interfacing with technical project teams.

    Position Overview:
    The Senior Technical Project Manager is a member of the Project Management Office.
    The Senior Technical Project Manager is a passionate, self-driven resource with a proven ability to direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete projects
    within scope, time, and budget constraints that provide value for our customers.
    The ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience successfully working cross-functionally with development, analysis and sales teams in an Agile environment, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to interact with the client on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities:
    – Responsible for managing the implementation of significant projects involving complex systems or multiple deliverables within a department or functional area;
    – Plans and directs program schedules and budgets;
    – Monitors the programme from project initiation through delivery, interfacing with stakeholders on applicable matters;
    – Oversees the coordination of programme/project activities generally within a department or functional area;
    – Organises interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the programme on schedule and within budget constraints;
    – Assigns and monitors work of programme staff.

    Must have:
    – Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes;
    – Strong programme/project management and leadership skills to manage projects liaising with personnel from multiple disciplines;
    – Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service;
    – Ability to Influence the Customer for the desired outcome.

    Qualifications:
    – University degree in Business Administration or technical field plus generally 7+ years of directly related experience;
    – Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    – PMP / PRINCE is a plus;
    – Must be able to travel up to 5%-15% of the time.

    Location:
    This is a Remote Position, however since we have offices in Hong Kong, Dublin and Singapore, preference will be given to residents in these cities.
