In the past 20 years, he worked in several industries ranging from Finance to Medical Sciences.
By working on institutions like Fiat Chrysler Capital Group and BPI Bank, he gained over a decade of insight on IT, Software Development and Project Management on the Financial and Banking Industry.
Although his most recent roles where in the Technical Direction and Management Lead in USA and Canada, his true passion is on the Technical side.
Rory O Connor
Head of Finance
Rory is a Associate of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (“ACA”). During his career Rory has held various position in KPMG and Deloitte & Touche. He has gained extensive experience in investment funds, project management, corporate restructuring, investment banking, financial reporting, forensic accounting & auditing. An Irish native, Rory holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from University College Cork Ireland.
DIRECTOR and Co-Founder
Cormac Doddy is the co-founder and a director of Know Your Customer Ltd. He holds a masters degree in international real estate markets and a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics. Having lived in Shanghai since 2007, Cormac was previously head of DTZ Greater China’s divestment services where he advised on investment transactions totaling over $2 billion.
He previously worked for Forterra Trust where he held various roles in commercial real estate investment and property development including managing Forterra’s largest development asset, the redevelopment and extension of The Place mall and office complex comprising approx. 230,000 square meters gross floor area with gross development value of $1.14bn.
Cormac is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2010 and is a member of the Urban Land Institutes Young Leader’s Group. In September 2013 Cormac was listed in the Sunday Independent newspaper top 50 Irish business men and women working in the BRIC countries.
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND RISK MANAGEMENT
Maria is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ACIS”). Maria has over twenty years’ experience working in the offshore finance industry with extensive experience in the investment funds, private wealth, compliance, risk management and project management fields.
Maria specialises in the set up and administration of regulated investment funds; covering all aspects of fund administration from advising on the structure set up and regulatory requirements, to administering the closing of the funds, call downs and distributions, investments and realisations, company secretarial work and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance/ risk requirements. She has worked for investment funds listed on a variety of stock exchanges including London (main board and AIM), the Irish Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange. During her career Maria has worked on a variety of different structures including companies, trusts, unit trusts, business trusts and limited partnerships, established in a variety of jurisdictions around the World.

Richard is a double graduate in economics and law, holds a Masters Degree in Economics as well as being a Barrister. He cofounded and owned 50% of a global real estate company employing over 1,000 professionals with operations in Ireland, UK, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia and China, where it was one of the leading foreign developers of commercial real estate, holding over US$2 bn of assets.
He listed companies on the London Stock Exchange, the Singapore Stock Exchange and London’s Alternative Investment Market. He set up several Investment Fund Management companies, including an RMB Fund in China.
He was Chairman of a company specializing in sustainable technologies such as renewable energy, wind farms (including the world’s 2nd largest offshore wind farm) CHP, grey water, ice bank storage, pellet burning plants and hydrogen.
He is also Founder of and Investment Advisor to Bartra Capital ICAV, a large ICAV Fund regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, which has sub funds in health care, renewable energy, social housing and non bank lending.
Richard is a Senior Research Fellow of the Asian Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, which is a constituent part of the National University of Singapore. Richard has been a member of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design’s Advisory Board. He is a member of the Global Irish Forum and was Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007.
CEO and Co-Founder
An experienced entrepreneur and executive, Claus has been active in the software industry for more than 30 years. In 2000, he founded Servolutions GmbH, a company that develops email server infrastructure products for more than 60,000 global customers. Prior to that, Claus served as Vice President of Electronics at Thielert Aircraft Engines where he oversaw the group’s development and certification of a digital engine management system for small aircraft and military drones. Earlier in his career, Claus worked on a variety of hardware and software projects related to machine vision and race-car engine management.
A native of Germany, Claus studied computer science at the University of Hamburg but now lives and works in Dublin, Ireland.
